Abrasive blocks are ideal for polishing marble, stone and travertine floors with traditional grinding machines. They are designed for both honing and preparation for polishing, adapting to every type of marble floor. Available in various grits, they deliver flawless finishes from initial coarse grinding to a mirror-like polish, meeting any requirement for both new floors and the restoration of existing ones.

Types of Abrasive Blocks:

• Magnesite: These blocks are particularly recommended for coarse grinding operations, such as removing deep scratches, levelling uneven surfaces, and preparing the material for subsequent stages, thanks to their excellent initial cutting capacity.

• Synthetic: Made with resinoid bonds or other synthetic substances, these blocks are ideal for honing and preparing the floor for a mirror-like polish.

Abrasive Grit Sizes:

• Coarse Grits: Thanks to their abrasive composition, these grits ensure fast and precise material removal. They offer an aggressive cutting action, ideal for the coarse grinding of uneven surfaces and removing imperfections.

• Fine Grits: Intended for the fine honing stage, these grits allow for various finishes, from satin to semi-gloss, and prepare the surface for subsequent polishing.

Applications
