Bellinzoni B-Terrace is a consolidating protective product for terraces and balconies of the new Procare line. B-Terrace is a terrace protector that seals macro-porosity and joints, preventing the infiltration of water or moisture caused by the weather, consolidates the material, slowing down wear and tear caused by footsteps, excellent resistance to UV rays and does not alter the colour of the material. It slows down the deterioration of the materials on which it is applied.

Materials:

Stoneware, marble, stone, granite, klinker, terracotta, cement

Application:

• The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust.
• Spread the product evenly with a roller, wax spreader or cotton cloth.
• Leave the product to act for 3 to 5 minutes and apply a second coat crosswise.
• Wait max. 15 minutes and remove excess product with a microfibre cloth.
• The surface can be walked on after 24 hours.
