The MicronLine AR20 diamond wheel by Adi Tools is a high-performance professional tool engineered for CNC (Computer Numerical Control) machines used in stone processing. This complete CNC diamond wheel set includes 4 UHS (Ultra High Speed) metal-bond diamond wheels for profiling, shaping, and grinding hard materials such as quartz, engineered stone (agglomerates), and granite, as well as 3 express resin-bond diamond polishing wheels for final edge polishing. Thanks to its AR20 profile and 1/2" gas fitting, this CNC profiling tool ensures exceptional accuracy even on tight internal radii, making it ideal for sink corner polishing and complex edge contouring. The innovative two-sector UHS design allows high-speed processing with reduced vibration and improved finish quality. Additionally, EDM (Electro Discharge Machining) water slots are integrated into the tool body to provide efficient cooling of the diamond surface, extending tool life and maintaining cutting performance.
