The Sorma Dryface RS Ø100 mm is a professional resin-bonded diamond polishing pad with Velcro backing, designed for dry grinding and polishing of marble, granite, quartz, natural stone and other stone materials. The high-quality resin bond ensures progressive and uniform processing, delivering an excellent level of finish and polish.

The Dryface RS range is available in 8 grits, from #50 to Buff, covering the main processing stages: coarse grinding, grinding, finishing and final polishing. The colour-coded system allows quick identification of the required grit during use.

How to Use Dryface RS

• Mount the pad on a Velcro backing pad, making sure it is properly centred.
• Use flexible or rigid backing pads depending on the application and surface.
• Do not apply excessive pressure: for correct grinding, the weight of the machine is generally sufficient.
• Excessive pressure may cause overheating, surface burning and premature wear of the pad.
• For more aggressive processing on granite and quartz, start with the lower grits.

Granite and Quartz

• #50 - #100: coarse grinding
