Dryface RS discs with velcro are used dry to smooth and polish granite, marble, stone, they produce a gloss comparable to water treatment. Dryface RS resinoid discs are the top of the range for the cutting and the quality of the gloss that can be obtained on marble.

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES

• FLEXIBILITY: It is suitable for the most difficult jobs.
• COLOR CODE: Allows quick identification of the shot.
• RESIN BOND: The resin bond allows a "soft" to work without scratches between a grit step and the other.
• VELCRO® connection: For a quick disc change.
• USE dry and wet: Wet use further increases the life and the cutting action of the product.

USING DRYFACE RS:

• Make sure the disc is properly centered on the velcro pad.
•  Use flexible or rigid pads depending on the application.
•  Although it provides good removal, Dryface RS is not the ideal tool for roughing.
•  Do not exert any pressure. For a perfect sanding, the weight of the machine is sufficient. Too much pressure can burn the piece and irreparably damage the disc.
