Vetro Glass crystalliser for marble floors from Bellinzoni. Vetro glass restores shine to marble floors and also makes the surface harder to walk on. Crystallisation is performed with the use of a monobrush and steel wool this mechanical movement causes a thermo-chemical reaction called "crystallisation", whereby the surface of calcium carbonate (a natural component of marble and stone) is dissolved by weak acids which vitrify the surface, making it shiny and extremely hard, similar to glass. VETRO-GLASS completely closes the porosity in the marble, the floor becomes mirror polished and much more resistant to footfall.

Instructions for Crystallisation:
Wash the floor thoroughly with Bellinzoni LEM-3 neutral detergent; if floors are very dirty, use Bellinzoni Ultra Stripper, Strong Degreaser Cleaner; take care that there are no traces of old waxes or grease. Apply Vetro glass with a sprayer, moisten the surface to be treated evenly (1 to 2 square metres at a time). Use a single brush with a steel straw disc or Scotch Brite® White. The single-brush must run slowly over the floor: this will allow the glaze to dry on the surface, creating the thermochemical action of crystallisation. Subsequently, in order to preserve the polish of the marble floor, we recommend the use of Cera Liquida RR/1 Bellinzoni. If the floor has problems with marked scratches, we recommend polishing with FIBRALUX polishing discs before crystallisation.
Suggestions:
- After washing the floor, allow it to dry thoroughly to avoid residual moisture.
- In the case of white or light-coloured marble we recommend the use of an abrasive disc such as Scotch Brite® White or 'Natural' crystallisation disc.
- We recommend crystallising in stages, treating 1-2 m2 at a time.
- Take care that residues or scattered drops of Crystalliser can remain on the floor; therefore avoid dripping the product from the container.
- Before use, carefully read the recommendations printed on the label and always carry out a preliminary test.
