Epoxy Regular A+B Extra Strong is perfect for applications requiring superior mechanical strength and long-lasting chemical resistance, making it the ideal solution for professionals working in the stone processing, restoration, construction, and industrial sectors.
Surface Preparation
To achieve the best results with Epoxy Regular (A+B) Extra Strong Adhesive, it is essential that the surfaces to be treated are porous, dry, and free from dust and other contaminants. For particularly smooth materials (such as metals), it is recommended to sand the surface to enhance adhesion.
Application and Curing Process
- Mixing: Mix components A and B in a 100:100 ratio (by weight) until a homogeneous mixture is achieved.
- Application: Apply the adhesive to the surface to be bonded using spatulas or other suitable tools.
- Curing: The curing time ranges from 6 to 12 hours, depending on environmental conditions (temperature, humidity, etc.). Full catalysis is completed after 24 hours.
