How returns work
To request a return, simply contact our support team with your order details and the item you wish to return.
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll send you clear instructions on how to proceed.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 14 days.
Refunds are issued using the same payment method used at checkout, unless otherwise agreed.
Return conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- in original condition and not damaged
- not used beyond what is necessary to inspect them
- returned, where possible, in their original packaging
If items are returned in a condition that does not meet these requirements, we may reduce the refund amount or decline the return.
Non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- custom or made-to-order products
- sealed items that have been opened and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health reasons
- goods that have been mixed inseparably with other items after delivery
- products damaged after delivery for reasons not attributable to La Decormarmi
Business customers
The right of withdrawal applies to private consumers only. It does not automatically apply to purchases made by businesses or VAT-registered customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Under applicable consumer protection law, consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days from delivery, without providing a reason.
We extend this period to 90 days as part of our customer-first approach, and we also cover the cost of return shipping.
