Technical Features

• Two-Component Epoxy Formulation: Composed of resin base and hardener with a 2:1 mixing ratio, ensuring optimal cross-linking reaction, very low VOC emissions, and superior adhesion compared to traditional polyester-based mastics.
• Low Viscosity: The mixture has a viscosity of 1400 cPs, making it ideal for penetrating cracks, micro-porosities, and imperfections on horizontal and vertical surfaces, as well as floors prior to polishing.
• Transparency and UV Resistance: Thanks to advanced UV filters, the resin maintains excellent transparency and long-term color stability without yellowing, even under direct sunlight exposure.
• Chemical and Environmental Resistance: Weather-resistant and unaffected by solvents, alkalis, acids, and seawater.
• Hardness and Mechanical Strength: Once cured, the resin achieves Shore D hardness values of 78-80 (at 5 mm thickness), with excellent tensile strength (42 MPa), flexural strength (66 MPa), and cohesive adhesion on natural stone (4-7 MPa cohesive failure).

Fields of Application

• Grouting and filling: Perfect for correcting imperfections, cracks and holes on slabs of granite, marble, quartz resin and other natural stones, especially before polishing.

• Restoration and conservation: Suitable for the restoration of architectural and valuable elements both indoors and outdoors.

How to Use

• Thorough cleaning: Removal of dust, grease and processing residues using specific detergents or suitable solvents.
• Possible sanding: to increase surface roughness and improve mechanical anchoring.

Mixing and application:

• Precise proportions: Mix 2 parts of resin (component A) with 1 part of catalyst (component B) until a homogeneous compound is obtained.
• Working times: At room temperature (20°C), the resin remains workable for approximately 20-30 minutes (pot life).
• Technical advice: Mix only the quantity needed to avoid premature polymerization.
• Uniform application: Apply the resin with a spatula, brush or syringe to the areas to be filled or stuccoed. Remove excess before hardening.
• Setting times: After 6-7 hours, the glued parts can be handled; after 14-16 hours, initial sanding is possible.
• Temperature: Use between 10°C and 30°C.
