LIMESEALER BONDING AND ANTI-RESURFACING BELLINZONI

It is a transparent impregnant that consolidates the stone, prevents the ascent of salts and the unsightly "efflorescence", has a hydroo repellent effect. It is a product based on siloxane resins and fluorinated resins, specific for friable stones, with a tendency to flake and shell, such as LimeStone and SandStone (for example Pietra di Vicenza, Pietra di Lecce, Pietra di Modica, etc.). LIMESEALER confers a 'high protection against moisture and the action of acid rain, prevents the formation of mold on material exposed to moisture, while allowing the material to breathe. The product, after application, is in most cases transparent and does not give the treated pieces a wet or shiny appearance, preserving the original color unaltered.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Surface preparation:

The surface must be dry and clean; stains, mildew, crusting must be removed, otherwise their subsequent removal would be difficult.

Application:

Brush, roller, mop, fleece. It is recommended to use a brush application as it allows a better penetration protection. Apply LIMESEALER with a brush, pressing lightly to make it penetrate well into the cracks, corners and cavities. It is also possible to apply the protective using a dispenser to spray at low pressure, at a
distance of 20-25 cm from the surface and being careful to blot any drips. Allow the product to air and the material will be protected. If after the application there were any surplus, remove them by rubbing with a cloth soaked in the product and in order dab with a dry cloth. During the application and subsequent drying, the temperature of the substrate should be between 10 and 30 ° C. In case of application of the floor with underfloor heating, turn off the heater and let the stone cool completely.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE

• It is advisable to apply the product until complete saturation of the stone.
• On highly absorbent material it is recommended to apply the product at least 2 times at 20 minutes after the first application.
• Do not dilute the product with other solvents or water as the preparation is ready for use.
• Once treated, the stone material must be allowed to dry for 24 hours to complete polymerization occurs
• In the case of treatment of statues, vases or decorative items outside, pay close attention to the gaps.
• Before use read the recommendations printed on the label and always carry out a preliminary test.
