Putty-mastic for marble with rapid hardening and high adhesion and sealing capacity even outdoors. Thanks to these characteristics, colored solid Sintolit is the ideal product for gluing and grouting marble, ceramic and stone in general, also vertically. Sintolit can also be used for the reconstruction of missing parts.
TECHNICAL DATA:
Appearance: creamy thixotropic paste;Thixotropy index: 6.52;Mixing ratio: 100: 3 by volume (= 3%);Processing time (Pot Life): 3 minutes;Final hardening time: 30 minutes;APPLICATIONBefore applying the grout for marble on the surface to be repaired, it must be carefully cleaned of soil or dust. The surface must be well dry to allow the mastic to easily adhere to the parts that need to be glued or grouted. The use of protective gloves is recommended. Take the amount of mastic needed from the can, add 2/3% of the hardener in paste, mix well with a spatula, spread the mastic on the parts to be glued or stuccoed and wait for about 7/8 minutes the putty dries. Drying is complete when fingerprinting does not remain on the stucco with a fingertip. The drying speed also depends on the outside temperature. At this point, the material is ready to be sanded, smoothed and polished with marble abrasives. The tools can be cleaned with ethyl alcohol, pure acetone or nitro thinner.
