Poliepoxy putty is a high-performance epoxy-polyester filler-adhesive, designed for bonding, filling, and repairing marble, granite, travertine, natural stones, quartz, and terrazzo. Its key feature is exceptional adhesion, even on mixed-material bonds, comparable to an epoxy adhesive but with the added advantage of a fast-setting time. This is made possible through the use of next-generation resins, which provide superior mechanical strength compared to standard polyester-based marble adhesives. The product offers rapid workability, allowing for efficient application within short timeframes.

Instructions for Use

• Catalysis: Mix the Poliepoxy putty with 2-3% of catalyst (included in the package).
• Homogeneity: Ensure the mixture is uniform to promote a consistent curing process.
• Temperature and Dosage: The curing speed depends on the ambient temperature and the amount of hardener. Excessive amounts of hardener increase the curing speed but reduce the final adhesion strength.
• Surface Preparation: Surfaces must be clean, dry, and, if possible, slightly roughened to improve adhesion.
• Workability: The hardened product can be sanded and polished after 2–5 hours.

Technical Data

• Viscosity: 200,000-350000 cPs.
• Mixing time: 1 minute.
• Application time: 1-4 minutes.
• Time of hardening: 4-6 minutes at 30°C, 7-12 minutes at 20° C, 15-20 minutes at 10° C.
• Use temperature after hardening: min. 0°C - max. 100° C.
• Stability: 6 months in the original containers tightly closed at a temperature of 15° C- 25° C.

Permanent bonding even in difficult situations and in non-homogeneous materials (stone, cement, iron).
